In 2023, there was a really cool permaculture community garden next to Kálvária Square. It’s been demolished since then. We organized our first self-organized big dinner here, where the menu was vegan, and on the map (which we printed on a napkin for the guests, btw) each location covered a different course. We used a lot of fire and smoke, we baked the pie for the pot lecsó on locally found stones and we simmered the stuffed cabbage with porcini mushrooms in a mud oven built from local clay and locally found car rims. The Disco Wines team did the pub, with a wheelbarrow wine cooler.
