We moved in with Gizi for three days. For thirty-five years, she has been running the last place in the city center that preserves the days before gentrification. The dinner was inspired by her, her father, the gypsy musician Giero, and the area: the first course was in front of the Academy of Music, which was a necklace that had to be taken off your neck while the live music was played. We dedicated a course to the place’s microwave, we re-created Gizi’s stuffed cabbage, we used Vegeta for the first time in our lives, and the dessert was made by the pastry chef of Babel, Berta Szilágyi. And methodologically, it wasn’t a safari trip.
