We held an internal and external harvest at the spot on Bartók Béla Road with Zsolt Sütő, the greatfather of Strekov 1075 winery. From highs and lows, hailstorms and cockles. We used all forms of grapes on the menu. We installed fresh plants on the tables from Kürt. This was our first dinner where we paired our dishes with wines. So was this sort of a wine dinner?
