palazzo permanens (fészek klub)
on a tuesday evening we opened our georgian restaurant, just three people short of a hundred seats. for this opening and closing party, vera vida traveled out, did the shopping, and found both a friend and a colleague. in the end, her new friend she met there, keto, also did a big shop and arrived from kakheti with the prepre. we cooked for three days, and by the fourth day everything came together. we brought into the team the budapest-based cooking duo, mashoana popup. we arranged the space with ákos sogor. zazie farkas joined on accordion, andris molnár on laptop, sára bolyki and her chamber group from the music academy in four-part harmony. after the food, there was an afterparty in the kitchen (the dome room) with vedat. there was only one competition: the georgian girls on the terrace singing their anthem in three-part harmony.
