We took over the wine bar with the offer of a visionary 1982 or 2034 vintage Baross Street buffet. The ala carte menu included casino platter, student treat, csiramále, carp májas for Szigony Street, fatty plank, kvass, water kefir, nettle cold brew. All from small and medium-sized domestic producers, seasonally sensitive.
