Yo8vagyat started with Vera hosting people at her apartment. In most cases, the rule was that people had to come alone and people didn’t know what they were going to eat or who they were going to eat with. Every night had a different menu, usually 7 courses, water kefir, leavens, cold brews and natural wines. More than four hundred guests turned up during the past 2 years.
